Lighten Up

'Lighten Up' is an 8 week weight management  programme managed and run by KAL. 'Lighten Up' is unique to other weight loss programmes as the sessions are delivered by our professional health and fitness staff and we combine both healthy eating sessions with exercise to work of those pounds.

Sessions are 1½ hours every week for 8 weeks and include 45 minutes of exercise and 45 minutes of education.

The complete programme costs £70.
