Fitness classes are a great way to work out in a fun environment and meet new people. As all our group fitness classes are instructor led all you have to do to get started is book on and turn up.
If you let the instructor know it is your first time they can let you know what to expect and help you with any equipment you many need. Be sure to ask them about Les Mills Smart Start as well which can help you ease into a class by only attending the first 20 mins and then adding on each week.
