Additional Classes & Increased Capacity
Studies show that exercise is a great boost for people’s mental and physical health. We were delighted to first of all welcome back our customers with a first phase re-opening Fitness class timetable.
Over the course of the re-opening phases, we have been introducing more and more Fitness based classes for you to sink your teeth into.

We have recently added 14 extra classes, which includes Les Mills’s exciting Virtual Cycling sessions at Dewsbury Sports Centre & Stadium Health & Fitness Club.
This latest addition mean’s that we can now offer 628 additional GEX spaces per week to our customers.

A number of you have been asking us when your favourite class is going to be returning to the timetable.
Due to reduced capacity we have created timetables that are both varied & cover our most popular classes. We know that means some people's favourites won't be on there yet, but these will be reviewed regularly. We hope it’s not too long before you are back enjoying your favourite classes at KAL!
