We hope your home workouts are still going well. As the week’s go on it can be hard to keep motivated and keep your routine interesting. Why not add The 100 into your next workout for a bit of variety – it will definitely get your heart rate up.

Perform the following as fast as you can;

25 Squats

25 Leg raises

25 Burpees

25 Press ups
