It’s been great to see our customers return since we re-opened on the 12th April.
We hope that you have been able to settle back into your exercise routine over the past two & a half weeks.
If you have not yet returned & would like to know more about how to book activities, please check out this handy guide.
We have been posting the latest availability here & on our Facebook page, please like and follow our page to receive availability updates.
Whilst we aim to provide up-to-date availability, due to the current demand, lesson spaces are filling up very quickly. Lessons are allocated on a first-come basis.
We understand that some customers have not been able to secure a place for their child, we appreciate this is frustrating but due to the current Covid restrictions, we have reduced capacity in all our lessons. Our Aquatics team is continuing to review our lessons and as soon as it is safe to do so additional capacity will be added.
Any additional capacity will be posted on our Facebook page.
We do appreciate your patience & we are trying as hard as possible to get everyone booked on as soon as we can.
As you may have already seen, in our recent newsletters, we have unfortunately been experiencing slots for the gym & pools being fully booked & then customers not attending.
To give all customers a fair opportunity to book sessions, we kindly ask all customers to:-
Ensure that if they are attending a gym activity that they arrive within 30 minutes of their scheduled start time. Customers who arrive after the 30 minutes have elapsed will be classed as a no-show.
For swimming sessions, we ask you to arrive within 15 minutes of your scheduled start time.
If you know that you are not going to be able to make your booking, please ensure that you cancel via the KAL app.
We hope that this information helps.
