If you’re running out of ideas to keep your workouts interesting at home, then try adding this short HIIT workout to the end of your set;


21,15 and 9


Complete 21 squat jumps then 21 burpees

Then complete 15 squat jumps then 15 burpees

Finally, complete 9 squat jumps then 9 burpees.


This should certainly get your heart rate up!

Following the Government’s recent announcement, although a date for reopening of leisure centres is still to be confirmed, we hope this will follow in the coming weeks. We continue to work hard behind the scenes on our reopening plans, to ensure our customers can be active safely and will provide details of our reopening plans as soon as we can, in line with government guidance.
