KAL Newsletter - Week 12 - General

It has been a busy & exciting week for KAL, with the Pro-Shop opening at Bradley Park Golf Course and lessons being back up and running, which you can book by calling 01484 766093. There is some really important information you must read before attending the golf course.


Your questions


We have also shared with you last week that we are actively working to initially re-open a small number of our centres, where we can achieve social distancing & safely look after the largest number of customers. We also asked for your questions regarding this & it was so nice to see how many of you are looking forward to coming back!


We have worked through your questions and provided the answers we know at this time. We are sure you can appreciate until the Government makes further recommendations and annoucements there is still a little bit of uncertanty but hopefully most of your answers have been covered.

What happened last week?


We did a full body workout and then gave our abs an extra go straight after

Wednesday turned into a runners day with a workout and then yoga, specifically for you

BODYCOMBAT fans got their fix
