He has been actively engaged in both sport and physical activity since an early age, playing at a high level in football, rugby, cricket and athletics. His natural passion for sport led Brendan to complete a degree in Sport and Exercise Science. Following his degree Brendan embarked on a different career and began to gain weight and suffer health related medical conditions.
